With the Listing Sentinel service from Lake Norman Realty, you can be informed as new properties are placed on the market regardless of the listing agency. Every day, our database is updated with new listings. New listings that match the criteria you select in your search will be emailed to you.

Step 1:
Go to our Sign-Up Page, enter your email address, select a password for your Listing Sentinel account, and tell us about yourself and your property interests. Please fill out the form as completely as possible so we can best serve you.

Step 2:
Go to the Logon Page, enter your email address and the password you selected on the sign-up page.

Step 3:
After logging in, you will be presented with a search page. Select the criteria for the location and type of property you're seeking. When you have your criteria set, scroll to the bottom of the page, enter a name for your search and click the Save Search button.

Each morning, you will receive an email containing any newly-listed properties that match your search criteria. You can update your search criteria at any time by returning to the Logon Page to access your saved search.

You can stop the email notifications at any time by logging in to your search page. Select the option at the bottom of the page to turn off email notifications, and click the Save Search button.
